We recommend using the DecoGlaze All Surface Cleaner to keep your new DecoGlaze Glass Splashback looking like new for years to come.

Alternatively, you can use your favourite or preferred window cleaner with a lint-free or micro fiber cloth. If you’re after a DIY solution, take one-part white vinegar and four parts water, mix it and pour it straight in a clean spray bottle so you can cover the surface evenly with a lint-free or micro fiber cloth. It’s that easy!

Is mirrored glass splashback safe?

Our Mirror Finish Glass splashbacks are 100% safe for use in residential and commercial settings. It is important to note that our toughened Mirror Finish Glass splashbacks are not just any ordinary mirrors. They have been meticulously manufactured to withstand impact and are heat-resistant to 400°C.

Ordinary, untoughened mirror can’t be used behind a stove cooktop. Heat stress, natural expansion of glass and uneven distribution of heat will cause untoughened mirrors to crack. These types of mirrors can, however, be used in areas such as bathrooms and ensuites, where they are unlikely to be exposed to excess heat or damaging impact.
